I was told by AWS that I could launch a Contact Center and be up and running within 20 minutes and that was true. I was amazed. This is the announcement from AWS that lead me to grow my knowledge of AWS and the cloud. Before this I had been an Avaya and Cisco architect and was struggling to automate and integrate across platforms. This was the largest innovation in Contact Center that I have ever witnessed firsthand, and I knew that I needed to get onboard right away. Immediately after the announcement at Enterprise Connect 2017, I went back to my hotel and started playing with it.
